Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make; we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns Policy

RETURNS

All items are checked before sending out, if you received a broken / defective item, please take photos and send to us immediately.

We only accept those cases reported within 30 days. Faulty Items must be returned within 14 thereafter Days.

We are not responsible for any kind of compatibility issues, please check our description carefully before purchasing.

All serial numbers are recorded before shipping to prevent fraudulent DOA claims.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Details

We use a variety of courier companies to ensure we get your parcels to you in the most efficient and environmentally friendly way possible.  

Once we have prepared your order for despatch, you will receive an email including your tracking number and link to track delivery.

Prices subject to GST Orders must be placed and funds cleared by 3:30pm.

Orders placed after 3:30pm, on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next business day. 

Our Carriers require a signature on delivery; please ensure someone will be available to sign. Alternatively, they may leave a card with details of how to rearrange delivery or a request for collection from their depot. Any carrier charges for redelivery will be passed on to the purchaser. Refused deliveries will be charged the return delivery fee to our warehouse.

If the package does not appear to be in good condition, then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery, then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED" and report any damage to us with 48 hours. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
